Patients can now consult online with a Clinician at our practice as part of our online services which could save you time and a journey.
Using the online consultation service makes it easier for us to quickly decide how we can best help you with the least amount of disruption to your day. The service is free and confidential and medical consultations are always reviewed by a GP or Nurse Practitioner.
If your matter is urgent and outside working hours (Monday - Friday 8 am - 6:30 pm) please contact 111. If severe, please consider attending A&E or calling 999. This service is only available to patients registered with Orchard 2000 Medical Centre. You do not need any login details. . Clinically urgent queries will be prioritised.

It can also help the clinician in completing documents and dictating letters, ensuring nothing important gets missed. By Heidi assisting with these administrative tasks, it allows for the clinician to focus more fully on you and your care. This tool has been introduced to support your care in selected appointments. Heidi is a secure, NHS-compliant tool helps with documentation during consultations, enabling your clinician to focus entirely on listening, understanding your needs, and providing the best possible care.

Heidi does not make or store recordings, and it cannot access your medical history.
